Mackerel
Bell peppers

Green chili pepper
Salted beef
Vegetable oil

Powdered pepper
Salt to taste
Directions
Start by heating vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and pour in your chopped salted beef and fry till brown.
Add in your onions, chopped and stir further on medium heat till the onions are slightly brown.
Blend your ginger, garlic, tomatoes, green chili peppers and some onions and pour in the saucepan.
Put the bay leaf and some rosemary in it and allow it to simmer on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
Pour in your mackerel and salmon followed by chopped carrots, bell peppers and some more onions.
Add a bullion cube, some powdered pepper and salt to taste.
Stir for 1 minute and allow to simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Finally, pour in your chopped, pre cooked kontomire and cabbage and stir.
You can allow it to simmer on low heat for 10 minutes and your gravy is ready to serve.
